Who's Got Sauce?

 



Perhaps the 22 theme of cooking is to branch out.  I don't like enchilada sauce.  Never order in restaurants.  Went for it anyways, and  homemade was quite frankly, the shit!

There is a time for sauce and a time for trying.
You take a chance and face the whisk.
An open heart and a risk in my kitchen
A brand new taste around the bend.

There were times when I jacked a sauce or two.
Found the list, and a recipe too.
There's a path you cook and a path not taken
The choice is up to you my friend.

Risks are sometimes dumb but you might awaken
To a brand new spice,
Brand new spice,
... and a brand new sauce around the bend.
