Limerick for the Lou, SOL#4
A limerick in honor of the Fish Fry Circuit Opening.
There once was a girl from the Lou
Who day-dreamed of the fish she would chew
Tonight was the kick off
of church basement fry troughs
and she'd wash it all down with a brew!

ReplyDeleteTracy, this limerick is adorable. We had a Stations of the Cross followed by a soup-pasta-bread family dinner on Friday night. Your poem is a delight and could be read by one of the children at any family gathering.
