-Time is Yours to Take
Okay, I didn't write this one. It fell out of my yoga teachers' mouth this morning. It counts as my slice though because I can't stop thinking of it. My whole entire life, I've heard and said, "Take your time."
Why then, this morning, did this slightly twisted and very common statement just feel so damn powerful? I'm not sure yet, but will churn on it all day.
Time is yours to take a risk. To take it easy when you want/need to. To drink lots when you want. To put off work and play with the pups. To sit in your backyard and do. Absolutely. Nothing... more often than you probably do.
